Who are the Traveller Community?
Gypsy or Romany people first arrived in Britain over 500 years ago.
Ethnic Gypsy Travellers from Eastern Europe prefer to be known as Roma.
Most Travellers in Liverpool are of Irish heritage and have a long connection with the city.
What is the TES?
We provide educational support to pupils, their families and their schools.
We provide classroom support, training and resources.
