What is Careline?
Careline is Liverpool City Council's award winning 24/7 social care call centre, providing a central contact point for enquiries about services for children, adults, homeless families and people with mental health problems.
Careline works in conjunction with the one stop shops and our partnership agencies.
WE CAN HELP - What we can do to help you
We want to hear from you if you have any social care problems.
Our fully trained customer advisers and social workers offer a confidential service and can help you be put in touch with organisations who are best suited to deal with your situation.
We are a member of Language Line and can arrange interpreters in different languages.
