Where to find contract opportunities
We at Liverpool City Council know how as successful business organisations you often don't have time to search for the new opportunities that will help you to develop and grow your business.
That is why Liverpool City Council have introduced an e-business portal (know as The Chest) and an on-line contract register (known as the Vault) to enable existing and potential suppliers to view all forthcoming contract opportunities and existing contracts for Liverpool and other Councils in the North West from one place.
Businesses and other organisations interested in supplying goods and services to Liverpool City Council can register to receive e-mail alerts for all relevant contract opportunities on the day they are advertised.
You can register to received notification of opportunities from as few or as many authorities in the North West as you wish to supply.
Once registered you will receive notifications of all contract opportunities relevant to your particular business interests, from all of the authorities you have expressed an interest in supplying.
The new electronic procurement portal will allow you to make requests for details of contract opportunities at your convenience, anytime 24/7!
When your organisation is invited to take part in the tendering process you will be able to download the documents from the portal and when you have completed your submission you will be able to upload your finished documents back to the portal.
You can amend your submission as many times as you think necessary up until the date and time that the opportunity closes.
The portal is a secure site and you will receive an e-mail notification that your submission has been received.
And the best bit is that this service is absolutely free!

To view Liverpool City Councils Contract Register please follow the instructions below
On the menu (left hand side of the page) click on Contracts
You will now be on the Contracts Store page
Click on the Filter by Council heading
In the Choose Council to View box select Liverpool City Council from the dropdown menu
