Liverpool Employment Business Plan

The Liverpool Employment Plan was produced by the former Liverpool Partnership Group's Employment Partnership (LSEP) between 2001 and 2004.  It included an annual Business Plan which set out key objectives and targets for the year, together with the joint action plan of ideas, plans and new measures by LSEP partners to support the delivery of these goals. 

The LSEP no longer exists, and Liverpool Partnership Group has transformed into Liverpool First (Liverpool's local strategic partnership).

The last Liverpool Employment Business Plan was produced for 2004/5, and was the third and final year in which LSEP partners brought together their combined operational targets into a single framework.  It lay the foundations for the development of a five year Full Employment Plan for Liverpool including initial indicative targets.  

We include the plan here for you to view, as it is an important historic document which has supported and formed the basis of Liverpool's employment strategy for the latter half of this decade.
