Liverpool City Council - NRS delivery plans

Neighbourhood Delivery Plans

some of our Neighbourhood Delivery Plans

In December 2005 we produced seven NRS Delivery Plans. These were written as a final part in the development of the Liverpool Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy. This is helping to reduce poverty in the poorest areas of the city.  The aim of the plans was to show how Neighbourhood Renewal was to delivered at a local level.

The Plans listed the key actions that partners would deliver to meet local targets across the city's Neighbourhood Management Areas.

These actions reflect locally defined priorities agreed by partners and were set out in the Cluster Strategies and Neighbourhood Action Plans.

They also come from the Public Service Agreement Targets set by government and Liverpool Local Strategic Partnership (now Liverpool First).  These are laid out in the city wide Community Plan and integrated NRS Floor Target Action Plan.

You can download each of the seven Neighbourhood Delivery Plans, which are presented here in PDF format. (At the time they were written, the city had 7 Neighbourhood Management Areas; these have since been reformed and the number is currently 5).
