What complaints will we investigate?
The Commercial Unit will investigate any complaint relating to standards of health and safety in workplaces within Liverpool, for which it is the enforcing authority.

Our responsibilities cover:

  • Builders' merchants
  • Steel stockholders
  • Residential homes
  • Leisure facilities
  • Nursing agencies
