You can contact Liverpool Trading Standards:
(i) by telephoning Consumer Direct on 08454 040506 - 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
(ii) by personal visit (appointment only) - 1pm to 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week, at the City Centre One Stop Shop, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool.
