(i) by telephone on 0151 233 3002 - 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday each week.
(ii) by personal visit (appointment only) - 1pm to 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week, at the City Centre One Stop Shop, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool.
