How to make a representation
Anyone can make a representation concerning an application. Your representation must be made in writing and received by the closing date shown in the final column of the table below. You can use the form below to make your representation.
You can return the form to LicensingAct2003@liverpool.gov.uk. However, a hard copy bearing your signature must be sent to Liverpool City Council, Licensing Unit, Room 220, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 2DH as soon as possible, otherwise your electronic representation will not be considered valid.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable with a maximum fine of £5,000 on summary conviction.

Below are details of applications for the grant or variation of Premises Licences or Club Premises Certificates which are currently being considered by the Licensing Authority.
A record of any of the applications can be inspected on Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 4.45pm and Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm (except bank holidays) at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Liverpool City Council, Licensing Unit, Room 220, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 2DH.
