Liverpool City Council has changed the way it delivers its services. In 2004 it created the Neighbourhood Management Services division to provide tailored services to local communities.
The city has been divided into seven neighbourhood areas. Each has its own team of multi-skilled staff who act as champions for that community.
If you have a query about your local area, your Neighbourhood Management Team may be able to help. You can contact the team in your area by phoning Liverpool Direct on 0151 233 3018 or via your local One Stop Shop
