Change of address on-line form
You can now inform Liverpool City Council that you have changed address online.
We have launched a new online form which allows you to give us your new details and select the departments you wish to notify. You only have to complete the form once and your new details will be passed on to all relevant departments.
The departments you can notify include:
- Licensing
- Libraries
- Electoral services
- Revenues & Benefits
- Education awards
- Supported living
The form is easy to use and the process is quick. Once you submit your online form you will receive a reference number should you ever need to contact us again.
