Purpose of the exercise:
This exercise was used to obtain views on the criteria that will be applied to inform the recommendations for the location and development of children centre services for the Mossley Hill, Woolton, Church and Childwall wards.
Who was consulted and how:
The following were primarily consulted via postal consultation:
- the Primary Care Trust
- Liverpool Women's Foundation Trust
- Royal Liverpool Children's Hospital Trust
- Job Centre Plus
- Liverpool Primary Heads Association
- Children and Young People's partnership
- the 0 - 5 sub-group
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be reported to the executive board
What were the findings of the exercise:
All who were consulted about the criteria were in agreement with the proposals.
What are the changes to the service brought about as a result of the consultation:
As those who had been consulted about the criteria for the third phase of children centres agreed with the criteria it will now be implemented.
