Purpose of the exercise:
This exercise will help ensure that SEN and disability services are:

fit for purpose.

aligned to ensure the delivery of the children and young people plan targets.

able to meet the challenges of the 'core offer' for SEN and disability.
Who will be consulted and how:
Headteachers, governors, the unions and partner organisations will be consulted via briefings and open forums.
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be reported to the executive director for Children's Services.
