This is exercise will engage service users and carers in the planning of and decision-making about services, to ensure that their views are taken into account.
Who will be consulted and how:
Service users, carers and representatives of the third sector (not-for-profit and voluntary services) will be consulted during area meetings
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be reported to the Day Service's senior management team
