Purpose of the exercise:
This exercise will help develop an action plan based on joint commissioning intentions for disabled people with a physical and/or sensory impairment.
Who will be consulted and how:
Disabled people, service users, staff and council supported organisations who work with disabled people will be consulted via presentations and workshops.
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be reported to the joint commissioning group for disabled people with a physical and/or sensory impairments
