Purpose of the exercise:
Every year, the Childcare and Family Information service assesses the levels of customer satisfaction with the service it provides. This exercise also helps to ensure that parents are supported until their needs have been met. The survey's are carried out each quarter (the first cover April to June 2008) and the resulting reports will be published on this page.
Who will be consulted and how:
Users of the service will be consulted via a telephone survey.
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be published on the council's website
