This exercise will be used to obtain information that will be used to inform future service planning and development
Who will be consulted and how:
Service users who have used the Homelessness service will be given and interview survey when they cease to use the homelessness services
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be reported to the Adult Services' senior management team
