Purpose of the exercise:
This exercise will embed consultation with service users and carers by ensuring such work is a condition of service contracts and grant agreements.
Who will be consulted and how:
Service users will be consulted via methods determined, as appropriate, following discussions between commissioners and marketing advisers, for example sign-posting to the council's consultation strategy, focus groups and surveys.
Who will the results of the exercise be reported to:
The results will be reported to commissioners as an integral part of contract monitoring
