Purpose of the exercise:
The consultation will ascertain views on the demand for, and the potential location of, a skateboard park within Liverpool.
Who will be consulted and how:
Local residents who are interested in BMXing, skateboarding and inline skating/rollerblading were invited to give us their views via a questionnaire (the end date for submission of questionnaires was 31 July 2008). Posters in youth and leisure centres were also used to promote the availability of the questionnaire.
Further consultation will be undertaken on the recommendations arising from the returned questionnaires before any final decisions are made..
