The annual consultation plan (ACP)

lists all the consultation exercises we plan to carry out during 2008/09.
Service managers list the consultations they intend to carry out during 2008/09 on their service plan. We then use this information to create the ACP, which is updated each month.
The consultation exercises are listed under the name of the service carrying them out and also provides the:
- consultation's title
- purpose of the consultation
- name and contact details of the officer responsible for the consultation
- start and end dates of the consultation
- details of who the results of the consultation exercise will be reported to, for example, a select committee or executive director.
