Liverpool City Council - Consultation

Consultation

Effective consultation is a key element of the council's modernisation programme as it generates invaluable information, insights and learning that we can use to shape services in accordance with customer's requirements.

We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to have their say on issues that affect them and these pages bring together the consultation work that is currently in progress, as well as information on past projects, to assist in this process.

These pages have been designed to help achieve this by providing access to:

  • consultation exercises, listed under future, current and closed (and links to other consultation networks, for example, planning, highways and health and social care).
  • the council's consultation strategy, which describes how we approach and carry out consultation exercises.
  • a list of the user groups and forums that the council meets with to discuss how services can be improved.
  • satisfaction surveys - a page which brings together all of the 'satisfaction' consultations carried out by the council.

Use the links on the left to access these pages.
