Welcome to the online version of our corporate performance plan 2004/07 - improving performance, leading to excellence. The plan provides an account of what we did against what we said we would do in last year's plan and also sets out our priorities, measures and targets for the next three years until 2007, as well as our proposed actions for 2004/05.
