Corporate performance plan 2004/07
Welcome to the online version of our corporate performance plan 2004/07 - improving performance, leading to excellence. The plan provides an account of what we did against what we said we would do in last year's plan and also sets out our priorities, measures and targets for the next three years until 2007, as well as our proposed actions for 2004/05.

Section 4 - Corporate priorities, measures and targets 2004/07
. This part of the plan sets out our high-level priorities and targets for the next three years to March 2007. Our priorities support the community strategy of the city and reflect our wider role in engaging with a wide range of partners to improve the quality of life for local people. They are derived from an evaluation of our performance, feedback from inspection agencies, the views of residents/stakeholders and link to the national shared priorities agreed between the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Government. Our priorities are presented under the current aims of the council. To measure the delivery against our priorities we have defined a series of measures and set specific targets for the next three years and also outlined the planned actions or the coming year, 2004/05.
