Corporate performance plan 2007/08 - 2009/10
Welcome to our corporate performance plan 2007/08 - 09/10 - 'improving performance - improving outcomes for our customers'
The plan is made up of six parts:
- Section 1: Leading Liverpool - a message from the council's leader and chief executive setting out the leadership challenges over the next year
- Section 2: Council vision - this section sets out the council's vision and aims and explains our approach to performance management
- Section 3: Corporate priorities - this section sets out the council's priorities over the next three years and the key performance indicators we will use to measure our progress against these
- Section 4: Our performance in 2006/07 - this section gives information on our achievements and performance during 2006/07
- Appendix 1 - our performance in 2006/07 against the national indicators (with targets through to 2009/10)
- Appendix 2 - our corporate equality plan 2007/08 - 09/10, Excellence through equity (with performance achieved in 2006/07 and targets through to 2009/10)
