Welcome to the online version of our corporate performance plan 2005/08 - improving performance, leading to excellence.
The plan sets out:
- our priorities
- our measures and targets for the next three years (until 2008)
- our key proposed actions for 2005/06.
It also provides an account of what we have done in the last year against what we said we would do in last year's plan.
