Enterprise-Liverpool
This strategic service partnership between the city council and Enterprise plc is responsible for street-based cleaning services, regeneration and responsive repairs to social housing.
Created in April 2002, the joint venture now employs over 1,200 people and provides a range of services from street lighting and highway maintenance to graffiti removal and fly tipping.

20/20 Liverpool
In October 2003, the city council teamed up with Mouchel Parkman consultancy service specialists to form a support services group that delivers property and professional services to the city. The three main portfolios for the group are:
- estates - this covers property management and the valuations of social housing
- buildings - this covers public and private sector commissions on building projects
- public realm - this portfolio provides technical services and traffic systems design

Veolia
Veolia is one of the world's leading waste management companies. The group is working in partnership with Liverpool City Council to deliver the refuse and recycling collection for over 30 weekly purple bin rounds and 20 multi-material and green recycling rounds across the city, covering over 200,000 households. The other roles included in the service are the collection of trade and clinical waste, as well as alleyway cleansing.

Geraud Liverpool Markets
The council operates a number of retail markets via its joint venture partnership with Group Geraud, the largest European operator of local authority markets. Geraud Markets Liverpool Ltd (GMLL) operates two permanent markets and five casual markets across the city, as well as farmers' markets.

Glendale Liverpool
Liverpool Council has entered into a strategic service delivery partnership with Glendale Managed Services to form a joint venture company, Glendale Liverpool Ltd. This company provides maintenance and upkeep for the city's parks, sports facilities, and cemeteries.

Bulky Bobs Household Waste
Bulky Bobs is a social enterprise business that collects furniture and household goods that are to be re-used, recycled or restored. The arrangement assists the council with training opportunities in the local community, as well as the disposal and re-use of bulky household furniture and white goods.
Sofas and chairs are re-upholstered, electrical goods repaired and wooden furniture restored, before being made available for lower-income families to buy at a much lower cost.
