I cannot afford my Council Tax. What can I do?
You can complete an Income and Expenditure form, providing details of all your income and outgoings and an offer of payment.You can obtain a form by contacting Liverpool Direct on Tel: 0151 233 3008 or from one of our One Stop shops.
A member of staff will assess the details provided and advise you of an acceptable payment scheme.
If you are on a low income you may be entitled to Council Tax Benefit. To see if you qualify, please complete an application form or book an appointment at a City Council One Shop.
