Joint Health and Well-being select committee
This select committee consists of ten members made up of elected members from Liverpool, Knowsley and Sefton.
You can view the agendas and minutes we produce for this committee.
This committee was set up in September 2005 to enable the city council to work with its partners in Knowsley and Sefton. The committee scrutinises and considers the consultation process and expresses a view on the proposals of the outline business case that forms the North Mersey future health care programme. This programme, run by a consortium of health organisations, is hoping to secure one billion pounds of capital investment over the next 10 - 15 years for health services in Liverpool, Knowsley and South Sefton.
