Neighbourhoods and Housing select committee

The committee is responsible for:
- the housing strategy and housing market renewal fund and housing transfers
- overseeing the programme of fundamental performance reviews
- overseeing risk management arrangements within the service area
- monitoring the implementation of earlier agreed service improvement plans monitoring national and local performance indicators
- reviewing the development of neighbourhood services, encompassing delivery and maintenance of the street scene (including highways maintenance, street lighting and street cleansing) housing management and repairs.
