Councillor Flo Clucas OBE is the Deputy Leader of the council executive member for Finance and Europe. Her areas of responsibility include:

• chairing the executive board and making strategic decisions in the Leader's absence 
• finance
• Europe
• grants, including, European regional development fund, neighbourhood renewal fund and voluntary and community funding
• audit
• procurement

Councillor Karen Afford is the assistant executive member for this portfolio.
