The executive management team (EMT).
The management of the council has been restructured to focus on the delivery of the council's aims and priorities.
Each of the three aims of the council has an executive director responsible for overall progress, including the meeting of key milestones and targets (see the 'corporate aims and priorities' page for more information). The remainder of the executive management team takes forward the corporate management areas of the council.
