Removing barriers to positive participation
We provide a voice for parents of children and young people with Moderate Learning Difficulties.
Parents have said, that when their child is diagnosed, they do not understand what it means and there are no books for them to read.
To help parents to understand the difficulties associated with this disability we provide a training course called 'What is MLD'
This course has been recieved really well by parents and we are now planning to run courses so that parents and professioanals can learn together.
