Multi Agency Working

The Liverpool Children's Trust is committed to delivering integrated multi-disciplinary services to support Children and Young People.

The model for integrated working is based on a multi-agency 'Team around the School' approach to provide joint support for Children and Young People.

This approach brings together staff from:

  • Schools  

  • The Health Service  

  • The Local Authority  

  • The Police 

  • Other parties 

The Locality Team and Team Around The School Handbook

The Operations Handbook (PDF [1.7Mb] opens in new window) provides guidance to support successful implementation of this approach and should be used as a reference tool. It will be updated from time to time as the need arises.
