Copies of Planning decision notices
Copies of planning decision notices can be obtained in writing from:

at a cost of £15.00 per decision. Cheques should be made payable to Liverpool City Council. Payment must be made in advance of copies being dispatched.
Copies of documents
Copies of other documents e.g. committee reports, background papers, are available by appointment at Millennium House. Please call 233 3021 to make an appointment.
Site Histories
Site histories can be carried out in one of two ways:
- In person at the Planning offices in Millennium House. This is free of charge and the caller carries out the site history themselves. An appointment is required for this. Appointments are released by Liverpool Direct at 2.30pm on a Thursday and can be booked by calling 233 3021.
- By post - these are carried out by staff in the planning service. Customers should write in enclosing a site plan of the area that requires a planning history. The cost is £25 per usual address (i.e. a standard house). Cheques made payable to Liverpool City Council should be included with request. Costs for larger sites will be negotiated prior to the site history being undertaken. For enquiries please call 233 3021. Written site histories have a turnaround time of approximately 10 days.
