Edge Lane West SPD
Adopted on 4th March 2005
The Edge Lane West SPD has been produced by the City Council and Liverpool Land Development Company and covers the area at the western end of Edge Lane.
It brings together all the key planning policies in the Unitary Development Plan for housing, transport, design and the urban environment to support proposals in the Edge Lane area.
The SPD will be used for development control purposes in making decisions on planning applications in the Edge Lane West area.

A draft version of the SPD was the subject of a public consultation exercise between 29th September and 29th October 2004. As a result of the responses received during this period, a number of changes were made to the SPD prior to its adoption. More information on these changes can be found in the accompanying Final Consultation Statement.
