Commercial Quarter Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Commercial Quarter

Liverpool City Council adopted the Commercial Quarter Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 11th August 2006.  The SPD was produced in partnership with Liverpool Vision.

It sets out key land use planning requirements, principles and criteria that the City Council will use make decisions on planning applications in the Commercial Quarter of the City Centre.

Anyone who wants to object to the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SPD.

Any such application for leave must be made promptly and in any event, not later than three months after the date on which the SPD was adopted.
