Adopted documents: the current LDF
The Liverpool LDF along with the Regional Spatial Strategy for the North West is the Council's statutory development plan.
It contains a number of Local Development Documents, which are continuously being added to; reviewed and replaced.
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out a timetable for producing the LDF, and is looked at on a regular basis.
The Statement of Community Involvement sets out how the City Council involves people in the development of planning policies and on planning applications. It includes details about who will be involved and consulted with, how this will be done and when.
