Oldham Street Area Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Oldham Street

Liverpool City Council adopted the Oldham Street area Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 11th August 2006. The document was produced in partnership with Liverpool Vision and consultants GVA Grimley.

The SPD sets out key land use planning requirements, principles and criteria that the City Council will use, alongside other considerations, to evaluate and determine planning applications within the Oldham Street area of the City Centre.

Copies of the SPD and accompanying documents can be inspected during normal working hours at Millennium House, 60 Victoria Street, Liverpool L1 6JF.

Any person aggrieved by the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the SPD.  Any such application for leave must be made promptly and in any event, not later than three months after the date on which the SPD was adopted.
