Press Notices for Planning Applications

The publication of press notices for certain types of development is required by government regulation and the Council has a Code of Consultation for Publicity via press and site notices. The types of applications which are advertised include:

. Major applications
. Departures from the local development plan
. Listed buildings, conservation areas
. Development affecting a right of way

The press notices are published in the Liverpool Daily Post on Wednesdays and are also listed below. Scroll to the week of interest to see all those press notices published that week.
