How do I arrange for bulky items of household waste to be collected?
Contact Liverpool Direct on 0151 233 3001 or by e-mail at
liverpool.direct@liverpool.gov.uk. You will be given a date when the item(s) will be collected. Bulky items of household waste are collected free of charge under the scheme. The maximum number of items that will be collected on one visit is five. Liverpool Direct will log the request on CONFIRM. What time do I need to put my recycle box/bin out by?
You need to ensure that the box/bin is out no later than 7.30am although there are no set times to visit a particular road. As they are not collecting from every property times will vary.
