Scores on the Doors Website
The City Council Food Team's Scores on the Doors website www.scoresonthedoors.org.uk can help members of the public find official local authority hygiene ratings for local food businesses.
The number of people searching the site increased by nearly 700% during Grand National Week.
Executive Member for Environment & Heritage Cllr Berni Turner said "This site will be increasingly important when Liverpool celebrates its year as Capital of Culture. It is very good publicity for those restaurants with the highest standards of hygiene. "Safer Food is Better Business".
