Neighbourhood Management Services works closely with many other areas of the council who deliver highways and environment related services.
Highways Maintenance
The Highway Maintenance Service maintains and upkeeps:
- adopted roads and footways;
- highway drainage;
- winter maintenance;
- monitoring public utilities reinstatements;
- street furniture, etc.

Street Cleansing and Fly Tipping
The Street Cleansing Service carries out day to day cleansing needs of the city. This includes:
- street sweeping;
- litter bin emptying;
- gully cleansing;
- fly-tipping (wasteland dumping), and so on.
Refuse Collection & Trade Waste
