Care after hospital
The Joint Rehabilitation Service can offer care after hospital for people aged 60 or over.
Contact us if you or somebody you know needs help after:
- an illness;
- an operation; or
- an injury
We aim to help people regain their skills and confidence so that they can return home within four to six weeks.
Liverpool City Council has two units providing these services, the Leighton Dene Rehabilitation Unit and the Boaler Street Rehabilitation Unit.
