Sex education
Liverpool Health Promotion Service initiates and supports activities that seek to improve the health status of individuals and communities, and reduce inequalities in health.
The Health promotion Service works to produce change through partnership working and promoting equity through community and service user led involvement.
In order to achieve this, we work with many organisations and partner agencies, developing and supporting a variety of Health Improvement initiatives.
The health promotion unit also supports health education and has a resource library which can be used by schools and other organisations providing educational material on topics including sex education.
