Primary care trusts

Liverpool Primary Care Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) organisation that guides the work of doctor's surgeries and other local health services and makes sure that hospital care and other specialist treatment is available to local people when they need it.

Note: There are no longer three separate primary care trusts in Liverpool. Until recently, three trusts existed (north, south and central Liverpool)

Local NHS Trusts (hospitals, specialist centres etc.)

Liverpool PCT has a useful list of local NHS Trusts
