What is Rapid Response Care?
Rapid Response Care is a service provided by a Team of Staff from Supported Living who deal with customers who require immediate action e.g. if a sudden hospital discharge, emergency etc.
Where do I make my payment using my swipe card?
You have to take your swipe card that has been allocated to you by your Home Carer allocated to the post office.
My home carer / home help hasn't been this morning and I need help dressing what time will s/he be here?
If you give me your details I will put you through to the Home Care manager.
What is Complex Assessment?
This is where people are assessed on their income as to which charges are made.
