Available Housing - Choice Based Lettings (Housing Allocations)
The City runs a choice based lettings scheme with fifteen Registered Social Landlords in Liverpool. The idea is to offer people who want to rent affordable housing more choice over the property and area they would like to live in.
Property Pool (choice based lettings) puts empty properties from a range of landlords and lists them all in one place. This is better than the old system when customers would have had to visit or apply to each housing providers.
Targeted offers of accommodation are still made to those in urgent or specific housing need.

You can continue to place bids on Propertypool through the One Stop Shop network or via www.propertypool.org.uk. Please note Liverpool Direct Contact Centre no longer deals with tenancy related or Propertypool enquiries by telephone.
