  Our Black and Other Minorities Housing Strategy is called 'A Community of Communities'. It includes an action plan which is updated every year.

• Fuel Poverty and Warm Homes: A Strategy for Liverpool
  Under the Home Energy Conservation Act; we must take steps to help improve the energy efficiency of homes; and to reduce the level of harmful CO2 emissions.

  We have had to report to the government the Council's progress in making sure that targets for energy conservation in homes is being met.

  This document gives detail on the HMRI programme and how it will affect Liverpool's housing market; improve housing conditions; and rebuild communities.

  Our Housing Strategy Statement is looked at by the Government and the Regional Housing Board when they decide how much money to give to the city.

  This document looks at the condition of Kensington's housing and environment.  It lists residents' views about what they would like to see happen to improve the area.

  The Liverpool Asset Management Project (LAMP) collects and compares data about Liverpool.  This helps housing providers make decisions about spending money in the city.

  Since 1999 we have carried out an extensive programme of housing market research with the Centre for Urban and Regional Studies (CURS) at the University of Birmingham and other consultants.
