Private Sector Housing Strategy

The Regulatory Reform (Housing Assistance) Order 2002 required the City Council to publish its revised Private Sector Housing Renewal Strategy in July 2003.  

The main change from the previous strategy was that we replaced the old system regulating how we give grants and loans with a new system of assistance for housing renewal.

The Private Sector Renewal Housing Strategy is currently being updated and will be published in early 2008.
