Private Housing

Many people in Liverpool rent their homes from private landlords. It is the City Council's role to make sure privately owned houses rented out to other people are to a decent standard. Those unable to own their own; who do not want to rent from the public sector; are entitled to a home which is fit, safe and comfortable.
