The City Council wants to help elderly or disabled residents live in the comfort of their own homes, with the support of their family and friends wherever this is possible.  

We are able to offer some support for those who wish to remain at home but may need help to do so either because of age or they are disabled.  

Our Agency Services Team provides disabled facilities grants, renovation grants and disabled adaptations for City Council tenants.  They are involved in the development of Home Improvement Agencies; and provide supervision and support to Liverpool's local care and repair service.

  • Home Improvement (Equity) Loans

  • Home Improvement (Houseproud) Loans

  • Housing Repair Grants (Home Repair Assistance)
